I had a pilonidal cyst 6 years ago ans was removed by surgery And healed by cleft left method Completly heal leaving the last layer with a scar easily cut The bad side that untill now if i set about 8 h for 2 days maybe (iam a dentist) , its open again Travelling long distqnces , And with abs exercises too I went back to my surgeon too many times and the same answer its healed and didnot come back and antibiotic ointment lulogen plus I want to get rid of this scar and reopening

Thank you for your question. You could benefit from laser skin resurfacing which stimulates your body to fill in under the scars with collagen.  You could also try injectable fillers to raise the scars and give your skin a smooth appearance. Hypertrophic scars can be treated with steroid injections that will diminish their appearance. However, it is difficult to tell without a in person evaluation. Please remember to seek treatment from a board-certified dermatologist.
