I'm a 23 yr old female and I got a chin implant (silicone, 6mm) 5 years ago. I'm not having any issues now, but I'm concerned about possibility of infection in the future, especially as I've been getting a lot of deep chin acne. Would it be a good idea to remove the implant now or would it be better to wait and only remove it IF there's an issue?
