Is it because of nose with tightness or is it the chin? Or both? I had botox done a few months ago in my frown lines, could that be a factor as well? Extremely anxious, never considered my smile would be compromised. Front teeth completely covered by top lip.Please help,trying to stay calm, just need some professional advice. Thanku

Flaky skin after a chin augmentation could be due to the tension that the chin implant is imposing on your skin, creating a reaction. I would treat your skin with a moisturising cream which should help to alleviate these symptoms.

There can be a fair amount of swelling after a chin implant, which will gradually resolve over several weeks to months. I recommend following up with your surgeon. If your implant is asymmetrical, it can be re-positioned with a surgical procedure. I hope this helps.
