Rhinoplasty, chin implant, Lipo 3 days ago & I noticed I was unable to smile? Top lip trembled as I forced smile for pic (Photo)

Is it because of nose with tightness or is it the chin? Or both? I had botox done a few months ago in my frown lines, could that be a factor as well? Extremely anxious, never considered my smile would be compromised. Front teeth completely covered by top lip.Please help,trying to stay calm, just need some professional advice. Thanku
