Can you get a mandible implant to make the jaw wider without it lowering the ramus/angle of the mandible?

Can you get a mandible implant to make the jaw wider from the front view of the face without it lowering the ramus/angle of the mandible on the profile of the face? Because my ramus is already fairly long but my forehead is wider than my jaw and I want my face to look more balanced (forehead reduction is not an option)
