Can you get a mandible implant to make the jaw wider from the front view of the face without it lowering the ramus/angle of the mandible on the profile of the face? Because my ramus is already fairly long but my forehead is wider than my jaw and I want my face to look more balanced (forehead reduction is not an option)

Flaky skin after a chin augmentation could be due to the tension that the chin implant is imposing on your skin, creating a reaction. I would treat your skin with a moisturising cream which should help to alleviate these symptoms.
