Has any doctor done facial radio frequency microneedling treatments before and after a facial fat transfer?

RF microneedling treats the dermis; classic fat grafting is subcutaneous.  As the two modalities treat  different areas there should be no issues with timing or delay, except for usual recovery times.   “Nano Fat” which is the latest plastic surgery misnomer, is an attempt at branding a new term to the treatment of the dermis with elements (growth factors, stem cells)  contained in fat.  In this case, Nano fat and RF needling should not be done at the same time. 

Thanks for writing,The best way to tell if something works and how well it works it TIME. For me these devices are too new, the concept certainly seem correct, however the presentations I have seen show results that to me seem marginal and follow ups are too short of a time frame.
