Nose very upturned and narrow after splint removal. Will it stay like this? (Photo)

I'm 6 days post op and just got my splint off and I feel like my nasal bridge is very narrow and the nose is turned up way too much. I know it's way too early in the recovery process to judge my nose and I know it's still swollen and the tip should eventually come down a bit, but I feel it is way too thin and upturned right now and dont know if this will change and wanted some input.

Your rhinoplasty postop pictures don´t show an exagerated result in my opinion. The bridge looks pleasingly straight and while the tip is still greatly swollen the nasolabial angle is discreetly open. You must remember that the swelling will go down at least another 20% in the next week, and you won´t see the final result till after some 5-6 months. Until then keep a positive attitude and trust your surgeon, relying on him/her for support.

ONLY 6 days!!!! WOW did you not you have a pre operative visit where the healing phases were explained? Allow at least 6 months before seeking revision if needed....

At six days you can't tell anything. The recovery from rhinoplasty is a lengthy one where changes occur on a weekly basis. There is no question of a  revision for many many months== even if you need one!!
