hi i had rhinoplasty surgery 3 weeks ago. i had tip work(my surgeon used cartilage graft to support the area), hump removal and septoplasty. when i look in the mirror my nose seems like a bit swollen but it looks nice i like it. but when i took a photo of it from front view, my nose looks like a have invert v deformity and very bulbous tip. it doesnt look bad in the mirror. is there a scientific explanation for this? or im just not photogenic?
