My nose looks bad and bulbous in photos.

Swelling can take 6-12 months to resolve after this surgery.  You are still very early in the recovery process.  I recommend you allow some more time for this to resolve.

Being three weeks removed from surgery, you are still quite early in the healing process. It is expected that your tip will have swelling. When you are taking photos, is there also a flash that is going off? If so, this can change the shadowing around the contours of the nose, which may give the nose a different look than what you see in the mirror. Also, if you are taking photos from your smart phone, objects closer to the camera will be overly enlarged, relative to objects farther away. Either way, stay patient for now because you will continue to see differences in your nose as healing progresses. At 3 weeks post-op, you are likely very swollen. This will take 6 months to a year in most cases to subside.

Still very early postop of 3 weeks! Plus no posed before and afters to compare?? Best to discuss you concerns in person with your chosen operative surgeon or seek paid second opinions.

Especially if you had cartilage grafts and an open rhinoplasty, you will have a lot of swelling and firmness in your tip.    It takes six to twelve months for this to go down and allow you to see your final result.   Obviously, in the meantime, communicate your concerns with your surgeon.   But be patient!   

Don't worry, your nose is in the early healing phase!  Swelling and bruising starts to slowly go away after the first week, but takes 9-12 months or more to achieve its final appearance.  In addition, some areas of your nose may heal faster than other areas, and may get better and worse from day to day.  As previously noted, lighting and photographic flash will influence what you see.  Discuss your concerns with your surgeon and let him help you through this phase of healing.
