I am 10 days post op from having a BBL procedure. My legs/feet are very swollen (asymmetrical). Is this a normal side effect?

The swelling you are experiencing in your legs and feet are more than likely secondary to where the fat came from as opposed to the BBL.The farther down the leg the fat is harvested from, the greater likelihood of swelling and bruising all the way down to the feet.  The asymmetric nature of...

Was it 500cc in total or 500cc per buttock?  I can see the dents on your butt that bother you and I would like to warn you that you have to realize fat transfer can help but it will never give you a perfectly smooth butt.  An improvement is possible, that's for sure
