I have a prominent negative canthal tilt that makes my eyes look sad and droopy. Can this be raised permanently? (Photos)

My eyes are large but have a negative canthal tilt that makes them look sad, tired and droopy. Are there any procedures that can raise my canthal tilt to a more positive one? I’m a teenager so this is a genetic feature, and I’m not trying to seek out anything anytime soon, but I really don’t like this feature and wouldn’t want to stick with it long term if it can be changed.
