My eyes are large but have a negative canthal tilt that makes them look sad, tired and droopy. Are there any procedures that can raise my canthal tilt to a more positive one? I’m a teenager so this is a genetic feature, and I’m not trying to seek out anything anytime soon, but I really don’t like this feature and wouldn’t want to stick with it long term if it can be changed.

Answer: Negative canthal tilt to positive canthal tilt
Contact lens wear can cause ptosis but there are many other causes as well. Best to see an oculoplastic surgeon for evaluation and consideration of eyelid ptosis surgery.
It is essential to examine you in person, but you appear to be quite young and unlikely to have brow ptosis. You do seem to have residual skin excess in your upper eyelids, examining you with your eyes closed would be essential to determine the degree of this.

Infraorbital implants are complex procedures and some patients just don't well with implants and the implant should be removed rather than revised but every patient/anatomy is different so individual evaluation is important.
