What would you suggest doing to fix my nose? (photos)

Based on your pictures you are a good candidate for an open rhinoplasty , this procedure would benefit you allowing a refinement of the nasal tip, a reduction of the ala and nostril and a narrowing and elevation of the dorsum, look for a elite credential plastic surgeon..

I would want you to come in for a complete medical history and physical examination of your nose. I would want to know your ethnic/racial background? Any previous injury or trauma to the nose/ Any breathing problems or known allergies?I would want more and detailed photos of your nose in all views and projections. From these limited photos, and assuming no trauma or breathing problems then I would probably recommend a complete open rhinoplasty and bilateral nostril reduction.
