I damaged my skin in sun beds at aged 21. Now my face skin is sagging. Can I get a facelift?

Sun damage can certainly cause the skin to age more rapidly, lose elasticity and create wrinkles.  However, I really doubt that you gave done enough damage to require a facelift at your age.  Just be careful of too much sun exposure in the future.
