What should I do if I want to have a flat stomach and big boobs?

It is difficult to assess without any photos. The amount of loose skin you have, a tummy tuck with liposuction may be required to help you achieve the look of a flat stomach. A fat transfer to the breast will typically increase your breasts by half a cup size. Depending on the size increase you want from your breasts, a breast augmentation might be a better option based on your wishes of having larger breasts.
It is best to have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine the best option for you.

It is difficult to say for sure without photos or an in-person consultation, but from what you state your goals are, you may not be able to achieve a dramatic enough result with liposuction and fat transfer alone, where you would be happy with the results. Each procedure may have its limitations. Depending on whether you have had children or significant weight loss, you may be able to better achieve your desired result with an abdominoplasty and liposuction for improved contour, in addition to, a breast augmentation with implants. This may provide you with a flatter tummy and bigger breasts as you mention in your question. I suggest that at this current time, to get your process started, you schedule a virtual consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and to develop a plan to achieve them. Thanks for your inquiry, but without pictures, or even better an exam it is hard to advise.  In general terms weight, fat distribution. your skeletal anatomy, muscle integrity and strength, curvature of your spine, any abdominal conditions, etc affect the shape of you abdomen.  Please discuss your breast goals in peraon and best of luck.

Depending on what your exam looks like, you might be a candidate for a variety of body contouring procedures, including liposuction or tummy tuck for your abdomen and breast augmentation using implants or perhaps fat transfer. Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs, told us your bra size or your age.  If you are not planning future pregnancies, the best way to achieve a flat stomach is abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement.  The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.  Fat transfer is usually good for about 1 cup size change.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

It is very difficult to give you meaningful advise without series of photos and/or in person evaluation. In general, liposuction in experienced hands can create significant improvement, in particular in a patient that has nice body frame. Augmentation of breast with fat grafts is possible, but it usually takes two stages in order to achieve desired volume. In a healthy, young women, augmentation with implants is better and more predictable solution. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in breast/body surgery is recommended. Good luck.
