Is there such a thing as a grandmother makeover?

I'm 65 and am in good shape, so I'm told, but it seems, down there, things have just gotten worse. From the "camel toe" area to the back is awful. So much excess skin. Then, when and if hubby wants to do anything, I can hardly feel it anymore. And I can hardly laugh, sneeze or exercise without peeing my pants. Is life, or at least the "active" part of it over ?

It sounds like you could benefit from labiaplasty to remove excess skin, and a vaginoplasty to tighten the muscles to enhance life in the bedroom. Yes it seems like you would be a very good candidate for a grandmommy makeover. Depending on your examination sometimes you do need to lose more weight before surgery and I would discuss this specifically with your surgeon. You can get a tummy tuck and breast augmentation/lift at the same time and this is part of what people talk about when they use the term  "mommy makeover". Of course, these procedures can be done separately though the cost is usually more. It is very common for women to want a mommy makeover, especially after having had children. Pregnancy definitely is hard on the abdominal and breast areas and this is a comment complaint among women visiting my office. I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area that is a member of both ASPS & ASAPS and performs a lot of mommy makeovers. Hi SLRoeder, First of all, do not write yourself off because you are 65! You are still young! With regard to your questions about your sexuality and anatomical issues in the genitourinary arena, you should see your own gynecologist to discuss the urinary issues and lack of sexual enjoyment. A gynecologist or plastic surgeon who specialize in vaginal rejuvenation may be able to help you with the anatomical issues in that area. A labiaplasty can be very helpful with excessive skin in the vaginal area as well, but no one on this site  can give you an informative plan without a thorough in person exam and discussion first.The DIVA laser vaginal treatments can help you a great deal with vaginal lubrication and urinary incontinence in certain circumstances, but, again, a visit with the appropriate doctors is necessary before embarking on any treatments.  Do not give up on a healthy sexual life. I would suggest that you see both a Board certified plastic surgeon and gynecologist who can help you with these issues.
