Fat can be transferred to anywhere on the body. Lip augmentation requires very little volume and grafts are permanent (a blessing or curse depending upon outcome). Additionally, graft take rates in the face are relatively higher often exceeding 50%.With regards to your specific question, BBL can be combined with lip augmentation without difficulty. Expectations will depend upon how much fat is grafted and the technique employed. Fat should be used sparingly in the lip.
