Unhappy with BBL results - Due to Neglagent Doctors Follow up?

Question

About one month ago I got a BBL and a breast aug. I went in for a 48 hour follow up and the DO said all was old sent me home. At the time of surgery they only gave me an ab band - no garment. I sent 2 emails asking when to come back in and that my legs were in pain- no response. So 3.5 weeks later I called and went in. Was given a garment that the DO said I should have had upfront, and come in 2 weeks earlier. My legs have folds and still my ass is saggy. Results may have been diff with a garment.

Garments will help reduce post-op swelling and potential bruising which are sources of post discomfort.  It is too early to evaluate your final outcome.  I would recommend following your surgeons compression protocol and meet with him/her periodically to assess your progress.  IMO, compression garments are the determining factor in result, rather they help with recovery. Thank you for your post. It is best to address these concerns with your operating surgeon and make sure you follow all of the post-operative instructions given to you. I typically have my patients wear their garments for 6 weeks after surgery and avoid sitting for 2 weeks to avoid the death of the transferred fat cells.Best of luck!

Although a form fitting garment wasn't used initially, you should still demonstrate improvement in contour as the swelling subsides. The garment is used primarily to control bleeding...
The result may not be apparent for 3-6 months.
Be patient...address your concerns to your plastic surgeon...Best to call by phone rather than email...
