6 weeks post full anchor lift and implant surgery. I got 300cc in left and 325cc right, smooth high profile implants under muscle. My right implant is still high and not dropping and I’m not happy with my breast looking very square at the bottom. I got my surgery abroad and will be going back in a month for a check up. Any suggestions??
Answer: Post Op Concerns - Appearance of Breasts Hi silan, I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the early stages of the healing process at 6 weeks post op. Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively. At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery. Dropping of implants is part of the healing process and this occurs after the tissues surrounding the implants slowly relax, allowing the implants to settle into their final position. It can take about four to six months for the implant to drop down to their final position. Also, your breasts can drop at different rates. But if you are still concerned, you can always visit your plastic surgeon and discuss your concerns. This way, you will be reassured. Also, if after six months, you are not satisfied with the appearance of your breast, you can visit your plastic surgeon and discuss the possibility of revision surgery. Lastly, follow your plastic surgeons post-operative instructions and advice for faster healing and recovery. Answer: Augmentation mastopexy combination of uplift and augmentation I.e.mastopexy augmentation demands careful analysis of the shape of the breast specially foot plate or base, degree of droopiness or ptosis , skin quality and desirable volume. I think lower like excision in your case with vertical wedge can improve Square appearance it is too soon after surgery and should be waited bit longer.

Answer: Results You are still VERY early in your cosmetic recovery. You should expect a fair amount of visible change over the next few months. The squareness typically improves over months - not weeks.

Answer: Breast appears square after an anchor lift Hello, I am sorry to see the squarish look of the breast.I think this is the outcome of a stromback pattern that most surgeons use for this kind of lift and reduction come augmentation using implant. I used to get such results but modified the pattern to end into a round breast. I am sure your surgeon would like to wait for now and may agree to correct them in one year time. I wish you good luck
