Hello, i have very big montgomery tubercles, i tried a cream with hydroquinone but it seems to not be working very much. For me it's really a shame show up my nipples. I don’t know if i can solve with surgery or not. What possibility will I have?

It is possible to remove them surgically. However, in some cases it may leave scars that are far more visible than tubercles itself. Good luck.

These bumps can be removed under local, and the scars would be very small. Smaller glands can be cauterized; larger ones, removed and sutured. Consult via email or Skype with a board certified PS to discuss the possibility of you having them removed.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you will need a surgery in order to correct it.
