Hello, i have very big montgomery tubercles, i tried a cream with hydroquinone but it seems to not be working very much. For me it's really a shame show up my nipples. I don’t know if i can solve with surgery or not. What possibility will I have?

It is unclear whether you had any surgery; it looks like you had a breast augmentation with peri-areolar incision? In any case, this deformity can be corrected. In person evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in breast surgery is recommended. Good luck.

Those are Montgomery glands and they can be removed surgically.  A laser will not remove them because they originate deep below the skin level.  They can be punched out using a small 2-3 mm punch or you can undergo a circumareola incision removing them at the areola margin.Best Wishes,Gary H...

Dear lknott, if you want them removed, you will need to have a surgery. Scar prevention begins in the OR during the surgery when I meticulously close wounds in multiple layers in order to reduce tension and reduce scars width. I tape my incisions during the early postoperative period...
