In theory, whenever we inject something into the body, it is possible to get some of it into blood stream but it is very rare and quite easy to avoid by pulling the plunger a bit right before pushing it to do the injection and other techniques that your physicians employ. If your provider has good technique, hyaluronidase should not get into the bloodstream. Injectors can take precautions (e.g. draw a little to see if there is blood) and target the deeper area where the filler was injected so that the hyaluronic acid can be broken down.All the best,Justin Harper.
