I look so much worse than before the surgery. I had an hourglass figure with a heart shape butt now I have a V butt no hips and no waist and a flat back because the lump of fat I thought was gonna be taken from my back was left behind. Everything I wear rides up my back and ass. I have two little butt cheeks that look like a second vagina from the front. I know it is gonna take a special surgeon with a specific skill set to fix me. I WANT MY FIGURE BACK I worked so hard to lose the weight

I’m not sure what your surgeon was thinking or how they ended up with this result but I’m guessing that they were trying to work around your tattoos and this may be why or in part why the results look the way they do.

You for sure need in person consultations. Some of these may have room for improvement in some areas are going to be more challenging. Do you need a comprehensive assessment going over all aspects of your body that are of concern.

This should be done through a thorough in person consultation.

I would imagine there is definitely room for improvement. This may take one or two surgeries. The extent of how much things can be improved is what it comes down to and communicating that properly. Patients who have had bad experiences with cosmetic surgery or for good reason often apprehensive of trusting other surgeons to not make things worse or their faith in delivering improved results.

Well this is all true it is also very important for patients to realize that secondary surgery can be much much more difficult to do and the limitations of what can be achieved may be very real.

It may not be possible to restore you to your previous pre-surgery body but for sure some improvements can be accomplished.

In your case I would emphasize meeting with lots of plastic surgeons through in person consultations until you feel very comfortable you’ve met the right person to help you along your way.
