Recommendations to Improve your neck appearance following your prior neck lift depends on your exam - Your plastic surgeon will evaluate you for five main features that will determine your best options for improvement:1.Amount of excess fat (needs lipo or direct removal).2.Presence of Significant Platysmal Banding (requires platysmaplasy/platysmal plication or Botox)3.Amount of excess Skin and condition of your skin. For example younger age, darker skin colors and no large weight loss history means there will be better elasticity and therefore better post surgical contraction. In milder cases if not too much fat is present there will be enough skin shrinkage with just lipo alone. However for moderate and severe skin redundancy a neck lift or lower facelift (e.g.Lite Lift®, MACS and others),is needed with or without lipo for best results. Mild to minimal skin tightening using non surgical means like the Sciton Laser SkinTyte procedure, Ultherapy or Thermage could also be considered.4. You need to have a great analysis and in-person evaluation to determine the best course of action for your specific case in order to assess the best rejuvenation treatments for your neck.

You're a bit young for a neck lift.  You may want to consider Botox.  See a BC PS in your area.  Botox will only help vertical banding.  For the excess skin, you may want to wait a few hears until you feel ready for a neck lift.

There are many options available for neck rejuvenation.  An in person evaluation would be necessary to see if your issues truly are just secondary to skin laxity, or if a degree of muscle laxity (platysmal laxity) is present as well.  From a minimally invasive standpoint, procedures like Ultherapy may correct your issue without surgery.  For a more definitive correction, a "Mini Facelift" would help to provide a more powerful solution.  I would suggest you follow up with a board certified facial plastic surgeon to evaluate your options.  Good Luck

While it appears that surgery might be an option for you to improve the appearance of your neck, there is a non-surgical option as well.  Ultherapy, which uses ultrasound to tighten the tissue under the skin, might give you some improvement if you don't want to go the surgical route yet.  

firstly botox will certainly help.Your photos look like they are taken with you tensing your platysma muscle - this may be as bad as it looks. How does it look when you relax?Your options include platysmaplasty, platysmotomy or Ultherapy imo.

I see more platysma bands especially when you tense your chin up. You may be better off using a little Botox to relax the muscle.

There are several modalities to address your neck issues. The cording of the neck muscles can be improved with Botox injection. Skin resurfacing procedures and improve the quality of the skin. Liposuction can remove the excess fatty tissue under your chin and a neck lift can tighten up the muscles. You would be best served by consulting with a surgeon with expertise in neck lifts and discussing your anatomy and surgical goals.

You can either use a less invasive option such as Ultherapy which is ultrasound based treatment which can tighten the muscle. My preference is to surgically correct the banding using a midline platysmaplasty procedure which tightens the muscle and provides a more reliable result.
