Is it possible to fix the over rotation and bulbous tip of my nose? (photos)

Hello and thank you for your question. It does appear you might be a good candidate for a rhinoplasty. However, keep in mind that this procedure is more complex than nearly any other plastic surgery. Also, you would want to ensure very subtle, natural results, which will require a great deal of skill, precision, and artistry. You have what we call, low columellar show. The column between your nostrils should be seen on side view, showing 2 to 4 millimeters and be a little rounded. THis can be improved with grafts of your own cartilage. If that is all you want, it is a short procedure. However, sometimes a nose really requires more balance. I find computer imaging a very good way to discuss what we both see and come to a mutual goal for potential surgery. Imaging is not about selling a procedure, but to aid in the patient doctor discussion.

You'll need a structural rhinoplasty that utilizes rib cartilage to extend the septum and repositions the tip complex into a longer, de-rotated position.
