Would you ever get a DCF nose implant & no tip plasty? (Photo)

Question

Could I get a bridge implant (DCF) & nothing done to the tip? Or would that be disproportionate? The only really problem I have with my nose is that the bridge is too flat. I like to solve this problem with filler but I’m getting scared of blindness/necrosis lately. Is there any minimally invasive surgery technique that just focuses on raising the bridge slightly? What are your opinions on nose threads? Thank you

Personally, I don't use any inorganic implants due to severe complications. Instead of that I prefer utilizing organic grafts either from septum or rib under Closed Atraumatic Technique which is the least invasive technique of reshaping the nose with a short downtime. You may benefit from augmentation of your bridge and refinement of your bulbous and wide tip. Possible breathing issues can be addressed at the same session.

I do not recommend artificial implants for the nose since they will probably need to come out. bone grafts can be done. You might like results with the threads to raise the tips, but use the dissolvable threads only.
