Is it possible to achieve this nose? What would be required to get these results? My main concern is my columella. (photos)

What I truly love about being a plastic surgeon is creating noses that are unique to each patient. One patient might wish to eliminate a bump, another might not like a plunging tip, and you, yourself are unhappy with your hanging columella. Indeed, this look could be achieved. Your own pictures are very close to your wish picture. I don’t know if it is of concern to you, but your dorsal hump is a little more pronounced than hers. If you wished to address it, the bone could be filed to a slightly straighter (but not straight) line and the cartilage could be trimmed as well, allowing you to still maintain a slight hump (like in the picture). The tip cartilage and columella could also be adjusted like in your wish photo. As a specialist in rhinoplasty, yours appear to be reasonable goals.

Hi @puppyluver869! You would be an excellent candidate for a rhinoplasty. Based on your photos--you have a dorsal hump and a droopy tip. I recommend seeing an expert rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are several options for you that can be determined after examination. In my practice, I utilize piezosurgery. Piezosurgery is a more gentle technique that allows for greater precision. Less bruising and swelling is common with Piezosurgery. In a typical rhinoplasty, a hammer and chisel technique is performed leading to more inadvertent fractures. Best of Luck, Dr. Nima!

Based on your pictures you may benefit from eliminating your hump and droopy tip, also refinement of your bulbous tip preferably with a Closed Atraumatic Rhinoplasty which reshapes and strenghtens your nose by protecting its anatomy and has a very short downtime. Seek out for an expert in this area as it is a challenging procedure and open for complications.
