Could my bulbous tip ever look small/normal with a rhinoplasty? (photo)

Question

I want my tip to be drastically reduced in size and for it to have some structure to it. The skin feels very thick and you can squish and fold my nose over to the side of my face. I also want the indentation lines on the side of my nostrils to be gone. Do you think I'll be able to achieve an aesthetically pleasing look with surgery?
