I am very unhappy with my nipples they are so large and stretched out from breast feeding. I am getting a breast augmentation September 2 and decided on 400 cc cohesive gel implants under the muscle high profile. I would also like a second opinion on the size and shape of implant based on my desired look. My question is, what can be done about my nipples? Is there any way to make them smaller some how?

Answer: My recommendation Hello, thank you for the question. You could get a breast augmentation and aerola can be resized during surgery with no problem. Just make sure youre getting surgery with a baord-certified plastic surgeon. Best of lucks. Dr. Luis Mejia

Answer: How to fix large nipples? I am getting a breast augmentation, can they be made smaller? Thank you for your pictures and questions. The short answer is yes, something can be done (if you want) to decrease both the size of the areola as well as decrease the size and projection of the actual nipple itself. If your surgeon has not discussed those options with you and is not considering addressing that at the same time as your augmentation, then maybe you should consider your choice in surgeon. Make sure you are seeing someone who is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Hope this helps!Dallas R.
