My surgeon and me decided on 300cc In my right and 250cc in my left due to asymmetry. The more I look at the crisalix image the more I feel they look to big and will make me look unnatural. I want a medium C cup. I have a month before my surgery so can still change my size. Do you guys think 225/275cc would be a better option? Resulting still in fuller breast but a more natural look. I uploaded images of my ideal result.

Answer: Choosing the right size breast implants for you After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of former patients with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. My patients tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size breast implant is right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the implants have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved.

Your board certified plastic surgeon will be able to guide you to the correct size implant measurements and desires measurements of the chest wall and breast imprint width as well as knowledge of all breast implant sizes and profiles should make this process easy. Try on a profile bra with various silicone cc sizers your PS recommends under a tailored blouse, tank top, bikini, workout clothes, and other garments you typically wear so that you have the best idea of whether the garments fit as desired with the implant selected. Select the size that boosts your self-esteem, and fits your anatomy. Choosing an implant based on an aesthetic goal that exceeds your anatomic capacity may lead to complications and possibly revision.

Your breasts should turn out similar to these images, but this will not be your final result.The girl on your wish pics has larger breasts then you do on the crisalix image. I do not feel 300cc would be too big for what you are looking for. There is more projection on your image, but the overall breast size is smaller then your wish pics breasts. Keep in mind that the most common regret for post op-patients with breast augmentation is not going big enough. So, if you want a medium C and you like here breasts, I recommend you stay with the 300cc/275cc option. By the way, in the crisalix image it seems like you might be borderline in need for a lift small lift. But, if you want them to look as natural as possible a lift is not necessary.
