I had a nose job 2 years ago. Spreader grafts were used to improve the supratip area, the round tip was fixed with sutures and the bone was sculpted with a rasp. Still, the tip keeps on swelling causing a visible change. Alcohol, sun and salty food makes it even worse. Is this normal and is there anything to be done?
