Stretched skin after wisdom teeth removal - At 27, what is the best solution?

I had my wisdom teeth removed on the right hand side of my face in July 2018. I had significant swelling and my face never bounced back. I have tried 2 mls to both cheeks at a time of Restylane (8 months ago) and Voluma (a month ago), however, it hasn't rectified the issue. At 27, what is the best solution? I wish to try fat grafting but I am worried my skin is too lax for that to be effective.

Sometimes if a significant amount of bone/dentition was augmented in surgery you can unfortunately be left with a change in your facial appearance.  I would suggest to meet with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine if you could benefit from combination treatment with fillers and skin tightening modalities
