What is the best treatment for neck lines I was born with? (Photos)

Question

I am 25 and have no wrinkles on my face so far. But I have neck lines since I was born and that always made me look a bit more mature. I know that my mum has them as well.Is there anything that would treat those lines with more permanent results than fillers? I have done different fillers to my face and I know how quickly they fade. My dermatologist suggested Micro Fillers. What are they? Is there anything I can do?

Hello and Thank you for your question and providing photos. I normally combine mesobotox which is botulinum toxin (Botox) that is more diluted than those traditionally used for treating lines and wrinkles on the face, and instead of injection into the muscle, it is injected subdermal (underneath the skin).  Then I complete the treatment with Profhilo which is a Hyaluronic acid filler that builds the skin structure from within. The Profhilo treatment is preformed as a course of 2 injections 4 weeks apart.  I find that this combination treatment is very effective on the necklines and also the  lines in the cleavage/decolletage area.

Injecting soft fillers like Belotero in this area can reduce lines, wrinkles and folds as well as improve skin texture with long-term collagen production. Fillers are being used more frequently to contour and lift rather than solely line fill. Of course, fillers are best used in combination with lasers and microneedling with PRP to get the optimal outcome.I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to create an individualized treatment plan that works for you. Hello there, 
Thank you for your question. The best and quickest way to treat the lines and fold on the neck is to inject a soft dermal filler right into the folds to help soften the line and prevent further creasing due to repetitive movements (i.e. looking down on the phone with the neck bent).
Filler treatments are quick with instant gratification, giving you results immediately post injection. With the right product choice, it should give you results lasting up to 12 months. Other treatments such as microneedling and PRP (platelet rich plasma) can further enhance the fabric of the skin, and is great for preventative measures.
