Would I need filler marionette lines? (Photo)

Question

When I smile with mouth closed I have really strong lines from the corner of my mouth down to my chin. I look like a puppet. Would filler in the marionette lines help or just make my face look boxy? Any other treatment recommendations or surgical options? I have two pictures where you can see the lines on my chin and one where my face is at rest nd I don't see them.

From the photos it appears the lines are not present when you are not animating.  Because of this the filler would not be the answer as the lines seem to be related directly to muscle activity.
