My face won't go back to original. Have I caused permanent damage? (Photo)

Hello, I stared with fillers maybe 5 years ago, i did it for 3 years then didnt do it again, but during that short time i did put in alot of fillers in my face, dont know how much, but much more then you should. Some of my face looks normal again, but my cheeks are still alot rounder the it was originally, ive used filler dissolvent multiple times but it still persists. My fillers are not permanent ones and are of the type you should be able to dissovle. Have i caused permanent damage to my face
