Skin redness and bruise - is there any way to correct this? (Photo)

Question

i am 30 year old mans and underwent rejuran skin injection. I was told that swelling and erythema should be subside by 48 hours. This is day 5th post procedure and I still have a lot of red mark(like post acne) and bruise at both cheecks. It is normal. Are there any over the counter that can reduce this redness.

Based on your concerns, I recommend treatments with a PICO laser and/or CO2 resurfacing lasers in area of concern to help break down the pigmentation and even out the skin tone.
