Hello there, Injecting this area with Botox should help to relax the procerus muscle. It also will allow this muscle to atrophy over time, making the area appear flatter with less protrusion. If regular use of Botox in this area does not seem to help with the bulge there, then I would recommend consulting with a physician who does procerus removal. Hope this helps.Sarah RN BSN
There are only two ways to reduce muscle mass, paralyze it and allow it to atrophy and surgically remove all or part of it. Botox can paralyze the muscle, but you have to determine when the muscle starts recovery and then treat it several weeks sooner continually thereafter for at least 1.5 years. Surgery is simple and can be done through the upper eyelid. See a Plastic Surgeon with extensive experience In both.
