Will filler make fat/sagging neck look worse? (photos)

Question

I am hoping to get chin implant with lipo but have decided to have chin and jawline filler first to mimic the effect of the implant. As I’m not getting lipo with the filler I’m worried it will look bad with a new chin and still a fat saggy neckline. Should I just wait a year until I can afford the surgery or will the chin filler slightly improve the loose/fatty area under my chin?

There is very little to be gained by having the fillers before the planned surgery. In my opinion, money badly spent!. You are likely to get dramatic improvement with your planned surgery for chin augmentation and liposuction as that is the right treatment for you. Rather than the implant, however, consider a genioplasty as you have significant deficiency of your chin. In my opinion that is likely to give you an edge over the implant option.

and chin filler will improve the definition of the lower face and this will no
doubt improve the appearance of the neck just by having that structure there.
You may also like to consider fat dissolving injections alongside filler as a
non-surgical alternative to address the neck. I would recommend scheduling a

Your best option is to do a chin implant, neck liposuction and thermitight all at the same time. Do not waste any money on fillers as you will need a LOT of filler to mimic the effects of a chin implant. RegardsDr. J

I think adding filler to your chin would give you more chin projection, but I do not think it would have any significant impact on the neck below.  I also do not believe the filler would make your neck appear worse.
