while it is difficult to determine how much product you would need without a proper consultation, you would most definitely benefit from chin and jaw line augmentation using dermal fillers.  
We like to start conservatively and, if needed, add more filler at subsequent visits.  We also noticed that you have some dimpling and pulling at your chin. This could be indicative of an overactive mentalis muscle and could be contributing to the exaggeration of your cleft chin. This can easily be addressed by placing a minimal amount of Botox to the area to help relax this muscle.  This coupled with chin augmentation would provide you with the best results and help you achieve your desired look.

As we age, we naturally lose bone mass to the face. With this the underlying structure can alter the face making it appear concaved or give a “clefted” appearance. It is unclear how many syringe you would need without an in-person consultation, but it is usually most safe to injection 1 syringe per visit until desire volume is achieved.

I would say that atleast one syringe should be enough. I would wait and let the swelling go down. If for some reason it was not enough you could add more in 0.5cc at a later date.
