I had chin filler approx 18 hours ago now and it’s very tender and painful, I have bruised badly and it is very sore more on movement but there is a constant ache, is this normal?

With any injection, it is possible to develop bruising and soreness.  Normally, these issues resolve within a few days, but in some people, it may take longer.  Since the injection of filler to your chin was 18 hours ago, your bruising and soreness will most likely take a few days to begin to improve.  If you feel things are not improving after this time or if you feel anything is getting worse, you should contact the physician who treated you.

Chin filler can be tender and achey for a couple of days post procedure. I always warn my patients it will fell a little like they have been punched on the chin!That is some cracking brusing you've got as well (which does happen occasionally) so that will be contributing to the tender feeling. Arnica supplements/cream are said to help with the bruising (lthough there's not a great deal of evidence). Cool pack (on for 10-15 minutes off for 30 and repeat) will help. If the pain isn't settling or starts to get worse then get in touch with your injector.
