I Have Fibroid Cysts in Both Breasts, One Rather Large. I Want Removed. I have a cyst so large in my left breast that I would need reconstructive surgery if I have it removed. Its really painful sometimes and I'm considering having it removed, but I also want my breasts reduced because I've noticed my breasts are more painful since gaining weight in them. can I have a reduction as part of reconstructive surgery?

I would agree with Dr. Oppenhein and have had one of these myself. They are commonly caused by minor trauma such as biting or even from braces. Occasionally they rupture and clear fluid emmanates from the cavity. They often require excision as definitive treatment.
Hard to tell what is going on without a photo or exam. You mention a nose ring. It is possible that you have what is called an inclusion cyst, where cells from the outer part of the skin get buried under a deeper layer of skin and cause cysts. These are usually treated by...
