30 year old female (in pain), with significant bone loss. Do I have a say in whether or not I have all my teeth extracted?

I am a 30 y.o. female, in good health. My dentist seems really confused as to why I have so much bone loss at my age. My teeth are fairly healthy. They referred me to a periodontist, and I'm not sure what to expect. My question is, do I have a choice? I would prefer to get it done now and explore denture implants, I'm aware i need a bone graft and possible sinus lift. My DD suggested we try and save my natural teeth with no guarantee I wont loose them all within a few years anyways. Thank you!
