2nd time for tattoo removal - extremely amazing!

It’s my second time coming to Madison Avenue Face and Body for my tattoo removal and the experience has been extremely AMAZING! The staff is so warm and friendly, the office is very nice and welcoming so you obviously feel extremely comfortable and they are always so tentative to their patients. Dr. Alvarez is very knowledgeable in his profession, he listens to your concerns and gives you his upmost honest opinion if you are uncertain of anything, love how he is never in a rush

I am a huge fan of Dr. Alvarez and his wonderful staff! I have been going to him for years now, and I have never had such a wonderful dentist in all my life. He is constantly keeping up with the latest treatments and new technology, and recently relieved some pretty severe jaw pain due to me grinding my teeth. I have had all sorts of dental work done from crowns to Clear Correct to teeth whitening to just your average cavity fillings, and he always makes the process stress-free

So .. It was a long time coming that I finally made an appointment with Dr. Alverez .. And let me tell you it was worth the wait .. What a pleasant experience .. I've never felt so comfortable at the dentist in my life ! Even after the procedure he's followed up to make sure I was ok . He reconstructed my entire smile !! .. I never knew I had the smile I do and I have him to thank for that .. I would do it all over again!! Thank you!

Dr. Alvarez has been working on my smile for over 6 years and even though I no longer work in Manhattan I still take the drive in from NJ because there is no one else I would trust with my teeth than him. His office is friendly, staff welcoming, his love for his craft is unmatched. A+++ work! I had 4 veneers done 2 teeth bonded yearly cleanings

Botox for the Forehead and Eyes - New York, NY

Fantastic! I am in the cosmetic beauty field and have had botox done many times before. Dr. Alvarez not only is very knowledgeable and professional, he also makes you feel really comfortable. But his works speaks for itself. I lover the results! My forehead and eye creases smoothed out so naturally. I look very relaxed and no wrinkes, which is what we all want.

Over 5 years dr Alvarez has been caring for my overall wellness! I originally saw him for a dental cleaning and had a few cavities, but he has also helped me with accupuncture for a bad knee, and lip injections. He's truly someone I can trust with my health. He goes over everything in great detail and has such a calm and welcoming personality you never feel like you're going to just get rushed out the door so the next patient can come.

I went to Dr. Alvarez many years ago for a dental cleaning, bleaching of a discolored tooth, and extraction of 4 wisdom teeth. Every procedure was painless, wisdom teeth included. No facial swelling at all!!! Since then I've moved to long island and settled for another dentist due to the commute. Well today my front tooth cracked and even though I had another dentist I didn't trust him enough to repair my tooth. I immediate reaction was to call Dr. Alvarez. They had a cancellation!!!
