Chin Reduction options - Are there less invasive alternatives to bone shaving? (photos)

There seems to a bit of a ball of soft tissue at the end of the bone. I would prefer not to shave bone. I have used botox to solve dimpling (orange peel chin). Are there less invasive alternatives to bone shaving? Can the soft tissue be reduced easily?
