Should I still be able to raise my eyebrows a little after Botox?

I had 20 units of botox injected 1 month ago (my first time). It was injected into my glabellar frown lines and horizontal forehead lines. I can tell that it's much more difficult for me to wrinkle my forehead; the movement is definitely limited, however, I can still raise my eyebrows a bit... should I be able to? The only teeny tiny line I kind of have (pre-botox) is from raising my left eyebrow and now (post-botox) I can still raise it a little. Thanks in advance!
