6 weeks ago I had some fat taken from my thigh,and put in to my cheeks and chin area.The swelling and redness, had subsided 2 weeks ago, but these last 3 days the redness has come back with a vengance, also my skin is quite dry in the areas I had treated, I have put moisturizer on, but it stings for a while soaks in,but this morning the redness is still there, i have to cover it with make up, how long should this last? begining to wish i had saved my money, and not bothered....

I think your final results are likely not yet apparent at 6 weeks. You likely still have some overcorrection and edema distorting your result. Give it another 4 months or so before you consider any revision, as long as your operating surgeon seems to think things are going within normal limits.
