Fat injections anywhere in the buttocks is not going to lift up the buttocks and improve the banana roll deformity. The only way to solve the skin overhang at the lower buttocks is a direct lower buttock lift (tuck) by its direct excision.

Suction of banana roll will cause the buttocks to sag. Filling the upper buttock will not lift the buttocks. Filling the mid buttocks may give the appearance of a lifted butt.
