What is the Best Available Filler for Knees Besides Own Fat?

                        The amount of fat needed to improve the area around the knees will be small.  I can find that amount of fat on anyone.   I perform about 500 or more fat transfers each year, and this procedure is the most surgeon dependent plastic surgery procedure.  Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of fat transfers each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.

I would agree with other physicians that there are no excellent longterm fillers as your legs will age with time and you may not like the results later. Short term fillers may work, but may be expensive. Fat grafting is a nice choice. Raffy Karamanoukian Los Angeles

I would be inclined use a shorter acting filler to make certain that the result is something you want. Longer-lasting fillers would then be used subsequently.
