i read a few posts saying that with fat transfer, sometimes the fat dies and leaves hard lumpy areas! i had labiaplasty with fat transfer done 2 weeks ago and i noticed i have hard bumps/lumps on both labia, one slightly worse than the other. i'm kind of freaking out here!! i just thought it was part of the swelling/healing process, until i started searching online! is it likely, or even possible that it will smooth out and soften up with time? if so, how long does this usually take? help!
