Will the Firm Areas After Labia Fat Transfer Improve over Time?

Because it has only been two weeks since your surgery, it is very likely you still have residual swelling and uneveness.  This may all resolve completely over the next couple months but if not by then it is possible that the lumps may be due to fat necrosis.  Even lumps from fat necrosis can further resolve over time or with treatment such as massage, ultrasound or cortisone injections as a last resort.  For now remain patient and keep your follow-up visits with your operating surgeon to assure a complete recovery.  Glad to help... @drryanstanton.com

    It is possible that this will smooth out with time.  There is probably residual swelling present as well.  If fat necrosis is present, there is a possibility that this will improve with regard to relative firmness.  Please followup with your plastic surgeon for an exam.  Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA
