Hello, as you can see on my photos, I have an asymmetrical breast. Will fat transfer help? No lumps, pains or infections
Answer: Fat A fat transfer might do very well for you if there is not a lot of scar tissue in that area to not let new fat cells survive.

Answer: Breast asymmetry Dear vnessavalakova, fat transfer will improve asymmetry. Based on your photos, it looks like you would get some improvement. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Circumareola approach and liposuction I do not believe fat transfers will be any help to you. I believe you need a circumareola approach to match the areolas and you may also benefit from liposuction to give you separation between the two breasts. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Fat transfer You could certainly try fat transfer but it’s very hit it miss as far as whether it will work. As long as you know that going into the procedure

Answer: Breast asymmetry All breasts are different left to right before and after any surgery, some more than others. Also muscle, ribs, chest wall, folds, size, shape, nipple position, etc are normally asymmetric. Best symmetry would be combination reducing larger side with enhancing smaller side which can be helped with fat transfer or implants. An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.
