Would fat grafting be enough to fix mid-face issues? (Photo)

I consistently get comments about lethargy and an angry look, so it is noticeable to anybody, and it isn't just me. Both of my parents also have tear troughs, so it's genetic. Was thinking undereye and malar fat grafting, but I don't want a fat-face look. Want a soft cheek angular contour.
