Fat grafting to chin and jaw - how predictable will the results be?

Am getting chin liposuction and was suggested I could use that fat at the same time to do a fat graft to the gonial angles and chin to add projection. Should I be concerned about unpredictability and asymmetry of the surviving fat? How precise and good are the results normally of fat grafting to these areas?
