Hello, 5 years ago I had a BBL with a fat transfer to the hips which unless I’m wearing very tight clothes looks abnormal in a swimsuit. Hips are separated from the legs (almost like small triangular pockets sticking out). I spoke with a few doctors and was told the areas need to be lipoed down, however I’m afraid will make me narrow and give me an undesirable higher hip shape vs. an upside down heart. Curious to know - if rounding the hips and adding more fat to them and down the thigh/ upper leg is possible to create a lower set hip curvy look rather than shaving the hips down. Any guidance is much appreciated!
