I underwent BBL surgery in Dec 2022 to get rid of the dents on my buttocks that may have been the result of steroid injections I got in childhood. Ufortunately, the dents are still not gone and I also noticed the development of hard lump on the upper corner of my left buttock. What steps we can take to get rid of these dents and hard lump?? What are the potential treatment options available to reduce or remove them? Can I use a massage gun as it’s beem more than 2 years since the surgery happened??

Answer: Dents on buttocks are not gone even after undergoing BBL surgery and hard lumps on buttocks post BBL surgery Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these photos you do have a widely depressed area in both upper lateral buttocks. This is a manifestation of poorly done fat transfer and liposuction. You have large fat deposits on the hips, and a large sacral fat pad. Without contouring these areas, your buttock shape will not be optimal, You still have a long buttock, no anatomic definition between the hips and waistline. What actually draws my attention (not mentioned by you) is the large dent in the right lower buttock on the side of your tattoo. This can be corrected with biostimulators and the GoldIncision method done awake under local anesthesia only. There are a lot of scars placed in the wrong area (all visible, and sign of surgery). Since you had one or two sessions of liposuction, I would recommend using the VASER Hi Def Lipo technique to reshape your body into an hourglass figure. I would not use the same poorly scarred incisions. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.
